If we think we have a big chance in the three months to find the property you want to buy in Nice, so we suggest you take care of you on an exclusive basis, (see under "Fees" that is why we only work with exclusivity).
If you agree to our services, we will then send you an exclusive search contract specifying the type of property sought, the desired geographic area, the short description of search criteria, the maximum price you want, and our compensation to be paid only when our mission will fully accomplished (the day signing at the notary).
